Mission
- To support and assist the competent state bodies and public organizations and their activities to create an optimal environment for growth of disadvantaged children and to protect their rights and interests.
- To organize and coordinate the capabilities and efforts of Bulgarian and foreign organizations, businesses and citizens to provide material and moral support to children orphaned grown in specialized state institutions.
- Assist with the assistance of skilled professionals, lawyers, psychologists, doctors and teachers of Bulgarian families and individuals in realizing their projects for the adoption of children without parents or for admission to their growing families.
- Mediate and assist in international adoption of children deprived of family environment in Bulgaria in strict compliance with the requirements of international and Bulgarian law.
