Having arrived at the last stage of our adoption process, we would like to thank all of your team and you in particular for your professionalism, attention and for the excellent job you did for us and for our daughter Angelina.

You have been able to respond at all times to our questions very quickly, not hesitating to reformulate them so that they could suit best to the required documents for the adoption file. You have helped us to choose the best dates of our stay and  the accomodation during our first visit, always in function of our professional and/or financial situation, and strictly sticking to the contract terms.

During our stay with Angelina, our daughter, you provided us with incredible support. You took care of us from the very airport (currency exchange, showing us the lodgings and showing us around the city). You kindly invited us to visit your agency's office introducing us to the team and setting up the program for the week that we were going to spend together with our daughter. At the office you also bothered to answer all our questions about our stay and gave us relevant advice.

We felt confident, reassured, taken care of and ready to meet our daughter Angelina. For us you became an interpreter and trustworthy person during the whole week that we spet in your country, all of which in a context of admirable professionalism and mutual understanding.

You were around,  translating and reassuring Angelina, our girl, who does not know our language and our culture yet, but you withdrew discreetly when we needed some time for caressing her or playing with her in private. You built a good relationship between the orphanage team and us (the director, the teacher, the staff) or the specialists (doctors, the pediatrician, the psychologist ...). Thanks to you we were also able to exchange a lot of information with them, always in the context of deep mutual respect. You were able to find the comforting words when we fell in the grip of the emotions at the moment of separation from Angelina at the end of our first visit.

We wish to thank you deeply for your service and your professionalism through all the proceedings. Your competence, your dedication and availability were a solid support for us. We experienced moments of very strong emotion, which we were able to overcome thanks to your understanding and wisdom.

We hope that future adopters will experience the thrill of finding  their child thanks to your help and we cannot help but encourage them to do so.

Lors de notre séjour auprès d’Angeline, vous et notre accompagnatrice avez été d’un soutien remarquable. Vous nous avez pris en charge dès l’aéroport (échange de monnaie, présentation de l’appartement au centre ville, entièrement créé pour les enfants et ses parents, de l’environnement…). Vous nous avez agréablement invités à votre agence pour nous présenter l’équipe et établir précisément le programme de la semaine auprès de notre puce. Vous avez là encore, répondu à toutes nos questions sur le déroulement du séjour, et donner des conseils. Nous étions confiants, rassurés et épaulés, prêts à rencontrer notre petite Angeline. Zlatka avez été alors notre soutien, nos interprètes et nos confidentes tout au long de la semaine, et ce avec professionnalisme et écoute. Notre accompagnatrice a su à la fois être près de nous pour la traduction et rassurer Angeline qui ne connaît pas notre langue et notre culture, et s’effacer discrètement pour nous laisser faire un câlin ou jouer avec notre fille. Zlatka a créé le lien dans un bon relationnel entre l’équipe du foyer et nous (directrice du foyer, éducatrice, personnels aidants ou soignants (médecins, pédiatre, psychologue…) Là encore, nous avons pu beaucoup échanger grâce à elle dans le respect de l’autre. Vous Tania et Zlatka avez su trouver les mots réconfortants lorsque nous étions chargés d’émotion au départ de notre premier séjour.

Merci de nous transmettre des nouvelles régulièrement par mails et téléphone, pour la préparation de notre puce. Nous tenions à vous écrire ces quelques lignes afin de vous remercier pour vos services et votre grand professionnalisme tout au long de ce parcours. Vos compétences, votre grand dévouement, votre disponibilité nous sont d’une grande aide. Nous avons vécu des moments émouvants mais apaisés grâce à votre écoute et votre savoir faire. Nous espérons que d’autres futurs adoptants connaîtront cette belle rencontre auprès de leur enfant ou leurs enfants grâce à vous et nous ne pouvons que les encourager à vous rejoindre.
