We have chosen your agency among many other options, in the first place owing to your web site that is very accessible, understandable and interesting. The outlay and the information convinced us that your team is well organized, professional and cares for the needs of the future parents. And our intuition proved to be true.

Our relationship is not over yet as we are now preparing our trip to Bulgaria to pick up our child. Nevertheless, we want to thank you for everything you have done for us so far.

We will never forget the warm welcome you gave us when we arrived in your country. You kindly explained to us the different stages of the proceedings and a member of your staff accompanied us to Debelets, the village where our future daughter lives. You informed us thoroughly of the situation of the girl, and the information was amplified during the meeting with the director of the Children's Center.

But the best thing was the week that we spent with companion who turned out to be a qualified psychologist as well. We certainly do not deserve such privilege; nevertheless her presence and her competence was like “divine bread” to us. We were highly enriched by the conversations we had with her and by the wonderful moments of laughter and joy that we shared together. She knew how to guide our activities with Emie, our daughter, which allowed us to gain precious mutual experience with the girl. We shared some wonderful good moments that made us feel very privileged. What happiness!

Also, we were pleasantly surprised with the good state of the orphanage, the wonderful living conditions of our daughter and the other children. It is obvious that the staff of the Center has really taken to heart their educational tasks and their mission to ensure the welfare of the children.

We highly appreciate having been so lucky. Even if accompanying families to the Children´s Center was your only occupation and income source, your motivation would go far beyond because of the pleasure you obviously feel to see families reunited.

We would like to thank you for your involvement, your professionalism, for your quick reaction, for all attention and kindness you provided us with during our stay.

Thank you for visiting Emie in March and giving her our birthday present, and also, for the beautiful photos you made and the news you are giving us so regularly.

We know that we can count on you and that the week we are going to spend with you will be a precious memory that we will keep in our hearts forever.
